Refund Policy

Welcome to Moveo One. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for services provided by Moveo One (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the terms described in this Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

• Starter and Startup Packages: Payments are made upfront and are non-refundable, as they cover services already delivered and resources allocated during the subscription period.
• Enterprise Packages: Refunds for Enterprise agreements will only be considered if explicitly outlined in the contractual terms agreed upon between the parties.

Billing Discrepancies: If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us at billing@moveo.one within 7 days of the charge to discuss your concern.

We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are generally not provided for services already rendered or delivered.
