Starter and Startup plans

Payments are made upfront and are non-refundable, as they cover services already delivered during the subscription term.

Enterprise agreements

Refund eligibility for enterprise customers depends on the explicit provisions in the individual contract agreed between the parties.

Billing issues

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the disputed transaction and we will work to resolve the matter promptly. billing@moveo.one
