Terms & Conditions

Moveo One offers advanced analytics and UX optimization tools through Starter, Startup, and Enterprise packages. The platform is restricted to business use only. We reserve the right to modify the service without notice, provided core functionality remains intact.

Starter and Startup packages require upfront, non-refundable payment. Enterprise arrangements follow custom contractual terms. Non-payment may result in service suspension. Taxes are the customer's additional responsibility. Invoice disputes require written notice within 7 days.

Users must comply with applicable data privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA. Users warrant the accuracy and legality of submitted data and commit to preventing platform disruption, illegal activity, or reverse engineering attempts.

Data processing follows our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties except when necessary for service delivery or legal compliance. Users retain ownership of their data; Moveo One acts as processor. Data deletion requests are honored within 30 days.

Refunds are not available for delivered services. Enterprise refunds apply only when contractually specified. Billing errors must be reported within 7 days to billing@moveo.one.

All platform intellectual property belongs to Moveo One. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license and may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without written consent.

Services are provided “as-is” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. We exclude liability for indirect damages and business losses. Liability is capped at amounts paid during the preceding 12 months.

These terms may be updated at any time with the effective date posted. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Serbian law applies. Disputes are resolved through Serbian courts. We require an informal resolution attempt via support@moveo.one before any formal proceedings.
