Help for people taking part in a Moveo One study.
Moveo One User Research is the app you use to take part in a research study you've been invited to. A research team sends you a setup link, the app walks you through what will and won't be recorded, and you browse the study website as you normally would. This page covers getting started, common problems, and how to reach us.
Getting started
Three steps, from invitation to finish.

Open your invitation link
Tap the setup link from your invitation email or message. It opens the app and loads your study automatically. There's no account to create and nothing to sign up for.

Read and accept consent
The app shows you the study name, exactly which websites are covered, and precisely what is and isn't recorded. Nothing is collected until you accept.

Browse, then finish
Tap “Open study browser” and use the website the way you normally would. When you're done, tap Finish. Collection stops the moment the study ends.
